You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to create an account and use baj999. By registering, you declare and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. baj999 takes underage gambling extremely seriously.

baj999 employs age verification procedures at the point of registration and may request additional proof of age at any time, including before processing any withdrawal. Acceptable documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC, a passport, or any other government-issued photo identification showing date of birth.

If it is discovered that a Member is under 18, baj999 will immediately close the account, void all bets placed, and withhold all funds pending further investigation in line with our legal obligations. We will not knowingly accept deposits from underage individuals.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your baj999 login credentials. Do not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. baj999 staff will never ask you to provide your password through any communication channel.

You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place within your account, whether or not authorised by you. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact baj999 support immediately. baj999 cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the Member has been negligent in safeguarding their credentials.

• Use a strong, unique password that is not shared with other online services.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.

• Do not access baj999 from unsecured public Wi-Fi networks without a VPN.

All financial transactions on baj999 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). baj999 supports a range of Pakistan-friendly payment methods including Easypaisa, JazzCash, SadaPay, Raast, HBL Bank transfer, UBL Online, and MCB Bank.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your baj999 account balance in real time or within a few minutes, depending on the payment provider. Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the Cashier page within your account. baj999 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification before processing. baj999 aims to process approved PKR withdrawal requests within the following general timeframes:

• Easypaisa and JazzCash: typically within 5–30 minutes of approval.
• Raast and bank transfers: typically within 1–24 hours of approval.
• Additional verification may extend processing times.

baj999 reserves the right to request documentary proof confirming that the payment method used for a withdrawal belongs to the registered account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances. You may only withdraw funds to a payment method that has been previously used to deposit on the same account, or to a method verified as belonging to you.

Funds that have been deposited but not wagered at least once are subject to a one-time processing check before withdrawal to prevent money laundering and payment fraud. baj999 complies with all applicable financial regulations in Pakistan.

baj999 offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict, the promotion-specific terms will take precedence for that promotion.

General Bonus Rules:

• Bonus Funds are credited separately from Real Funds in your account wallet.
• Wagering Requirements must be fully completed before any Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds can be withdrawn.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any time, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• baj999 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational use. Any systematic exploitation of bonuses — including but not limited to matched betting strategies, arbitrage, and low-risk play designed to extract bonus value — will be considered abuse and may result in account restriction.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met.
• Bonuses expire after the period stated in the relevant promotion terms. Expired Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be forfeited automatically.

During HBL Pakistan Super League seasons and other promotional periods, baj999 may offer enhanced bonuses tied to specific sporting events. These are subject to the same general rules above plus any event-specific conditions stated at the time of the offer.

By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by those game-specific rules in addition to these Terms.

In the event of a technical fault or interruption during a game round, baj999 will endeavour to restore the game to its state immediately prior to the fault. • Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per game and are displayed within the game interface.
• Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled by the member.
• baj999 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, at incorrect odds, or as a result of a system malfunction.
• Sports betting markets may be suspended or voided due to events beyond baj999's control.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on baj999. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or any other identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
• Using another person's payment method without their explicit consent.
• Attempting to launder money or use baj999 for any illegal financial activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Exploiting software errors, display bugs, or technical glitches for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players in card games or any game where collusion is possible.

baj999's total aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising from the use of the platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
